Starting on 1 November 2023, when you purchase a new Soundbox through the Merchant Dashboard, you will have the option to map your outlet during the activation process. Please make sure to select the correct branch or outlet during this activation.
You only allowed to switch your Soundbox to another outlets/branch under the same Merchant ID (MID) once only. To request for switching, please get in touch with our partner’s helpdesk for assistance.
