What is Voice Notification and how do I set it?

Voice Notification is an alert to notify that you have received payment from a customer. You will receive the Voice Notification each time a customer scans your Touch ‘n Go eWallet QR code or DuitNow QR code for payment. This feature is only available on app version v1.7.81 and above.

 

Here’s how you can enable/disable the Voice Notification:

What happens to business owner’s Merchant Dashboard

What happens to Manager’s/Staff’s Merchant Dashboard

On
  1. Receives push notifications
  2. Voice Notification enabled
  1. Receives push notifications
  2. Voice Notification enabled

Off
  1. Push notification disabled
  2. Voice Notification disabled
  1. Receives push notifications
  2. Voice Notification disabled

 

Note: If you do not hear the Voice Notification, you may be required to close and re-open the app to see if it works as expected.
