Starting on 1 November 2023, when you purchase a new TNG eWallet Soundbox Lite through the Merchant Dashboard, you will have the option to map your outlet during the activation process. Please make sure to select the correct branch or outlet during this activation.
You only allowed to switch your TNG eWallet Soundbox Lite to another outlets/branch under the same Business ID once only. To request for switching, please get in touch with our partner’s helpdesk for assistance.
