Upon successful registration, you will receive a merchant approval email from TNG Digital Sdn. Bhd. and the merchant QR code will be delivered to you within two (2) weeks.
If you did not receive the merchant QR code, please contact our helpdesk for further support.
Kindly note that delivery of QR code could be failed due to:
- Wrong delivery address submitted during registration (please ensure a valid address is given); or
- The courier driver failed to reach you after several attempts at phone calls during delivery.
If no dispute regarding the failed delivery of the QR code is raised within 60 days from your successful registration date, you have to purchase the QR Code via our Merchant Dashboard.
