All eWallet operators are regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia. We are not allowed to use your settlement funds for any purpose other than authorised transactions, such as processing and settling payments to approved recipients. These funds are kept separate from TNG Digital’s operation funds and are managed strictly in accordance with Bank Negara Malaysia’s regulations.
