Yes, at its discretion, however shall not be obliged, inform the Merchant prior to the twenty-four (24) month period, that the Merchant may become an Inactive Merchant. Such reminder(s) by Touch ‘n Go eWallet will be through either by Touch ‘n Go eWallet’s communication channels as follows:
- Email;
- Short Message Service (SMS);
- Notifications on the app; and
- Any other method Touch ‘n Go eWallet may determine from time to time.
