- Provide supporting documents such as the consignment note and images of the damaged device.
- Our partner will arrange for a courier service to collect the damaged device for verification.
- If your claim is approved, a replacement unit will be delivered to you within 14 days.
- Reports made after 48 hours may incur charges for exchange or repair.
