The termination is permitted only 90 days after your date of purchase and shall take effect on the next twelve (12) days after early termination fee has been paid by you. Early termination charges may apply. Early termination charges in addition to all the payment(s) owing to TNG Digital up to the termination date. The early termination charges shall be calculated based on the following formula:
Outstanding Payment (if any) + RM100 Termination Fee
For example, if your Soundbox Lite with Sim Card plan is terminated on day 100 (with no outstanding payment) you will be charged for the Termination fee of RM100.
If you request to terminate your plan within the first ninety (90) days of purchase, an additional administration fee of RM50 will apply, on top of the RM100 Early Termination Fee., in addition to the Early Termination Fee above.
The total amount payable will be calculated as follows:
Outstanding Payment (if any) + RM100 Termination Fee + RM50 Administration Fee
For example, if your Soundbox Lite with SIM card plan is terminated on day 50 (with no outstanding payment) you will be charged a total of of RM150.
