For businesses with multiple owners, you can choose between Single Control and Dual Control settings for approvals. These features can be managed easily in Settings.
Here’s what each options means:
- Single Control: One authorised owner can submit and approve requests independently, such as transfers, payments, or account updates.
- Dual Control: The person who submits the request cannot approve it themselves. Approvals must be completed by another authorised owner with Checker access.
