There are two types of TNG eWallet Soundbox GO sets:
Soundbox GO with SIM Card
1x TNG eWallet Soundbox GO (Wi-Fi and SIM card slot)
1x SIM card (12 months usage)
1x 2-sided QR code card (TNG eWallet & DuitNow QR codes)
1x USB Type-C cable
1x User guide
The SIM card is valid 12 months. Upon expiry, you will need to purchase a new SIM card via Merchant Dashboard.

*Note: Any purchases of the TNG eWallet Soundbox GO made via platforms other than TNG eWallet Merchant Dashboard Purchase will not have the merchant’s QR code printed, as the purchaser’s merchant account cannot be identified. However, a double-sided QR code card will be provided to you, and you may print your respective QR code and attach it to the card.
Delivery will be made within 14 working days from the date of purchase. You can track your order status in your Merchant Dashboard by following the steps below.
An order is deemed undeliverable if it is returned to TNGD due to failed delivery attempts by the delivery partner or due to an invalid address or as reasonably determined by TNGD. In such instances, TNGD will refund the cost of the Product to you only; shipping fees and any related administrative charges are strictly non-refundable.
