For each Soundbox Subscription Purchase, you will be charged with an upfront cost which shall be considered as an activation fee for your Soundbox Subscription Purchase, followed by the consecutive monthly Subscription fee (for the 1st months until the 24th months of Subscription), and the monthly service fee (for the consecutive 25th months of Subscription onwards), as listed below. All payment of Fees shall be done by way of Auto Debit from purchaser’s Touch ‘n Go eWallet registered account. If there is insufficient balance in the purchaser's registered TNG eWallet account, any outstanding amount may be deducted from future Merchant Settlement payments.
