Please contact our helpdesk for assistance within 5 days of receipt. You will be required to provide supporting documents, such as the airway bill and images of the damaged Soundbox. Any report made after 5 days from receipt may incur charges for exchange or repair.
A courier will collect the device from you to verify damage claims. If your device qualifies for replacement, a new unit will be delivered to you within 14 days.
