For TNG eWallet branded Soundbox, no physical pick-up is required. Your old Soundbox will be remotely deactivated and will no longer be operational or usable. Your new Soundbox will be delivered within 14 working days after your trade-in request is approved. Please ensure someone is available to receive the device.
For non-TNG eWallet branded Soundbox, your old Soundbox will be collected from you at the address stated in your trade-in request form. Your new Soundbox will be also be delivered at the same time. Please ensure someone is available to receive the new device. If no one is there, the pick-up will be considered unsuccessful. TNG eWallet may reschedule, but additional charges may apply. If collection and delivery still cannot be completed after rescheduling, the trade-in request may be cancelled and your payment will be refunded.
