Simply follow these steps in the TNG eWallet app:
- Search for trade-in and tap on the Soundbox Trade-In Programme feature
- Create a trade-in request and provide the required details, such as your Soundbox serial number and a clear photo of the Soundbox with the serial number clearly visible.
- Place your order for the new Soundbox and fill in your delivery and contact details.
- Choose your preferred pick-up date and delivery address (if collection is required).
- Review your order and make full payment at the displayed price.
