The Soundbox Trade-In Program is open to all TNG eWallet users and merchants with delivery and collection addresses in West Malaysia.
For users and merchants in East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, and the Federal Territory of Labuan), participation is subject to confirmation that the location can be supported by our logistics provider. If the location cannot be supported, the trade-in request will be rejected and any payment made will be refunded to your eWallet.
