You can trade in a TNG eWallet Soundbox or a Soundbox from another bank, eWallet provider, or payment service provider. Your old Soundbox must meet the following requirements:
- You must be the legal owner of the Soundbox.
- The Soundbox must not have any outstanding charges, claims or liens against it.
- The Soundbox must not be stolen, leased, rented, loaned or owned by someone else.
- If your Soundbox is under a TNG eWallet Soundbox Plan (Soundbox Monthly Plan or Daily Plan), all outstanding fees and obligations must be fully settled before you can participate in the Soundbox Trade-In Program.
- If your Soundbox is subject to a contract, commitment period, financing arrangement, or any other agreement with another service provider or third party, you are responsible for checking and complying with the applicable terms and conditions before participating in the Soundbox Trade-In Program.
- The serial number must be clearly visible and must not have been used for a previous trade-in.
- The Soundbox must be physically intact and in one piece. Soundboxes that are severely damaged, dismantled, missing major components, or altered such that the serial number cannot be verified may not be accepted for trade-in.
