We will review your request and check:
- That the information you provided is correct and complete.
- That the serial number matches your photos and, where applicable, the physical Soundbox.
- That your Soundbox and account meet the eligibility requirements.
Once your trade-in request has been submitted, you will be notified via push notification within seven (7) working days if your request is approved, rejected, or if additional information is required. You may also track the status of your trade-in request through the Track Status tab in the Soundbox Trade-In feature. TNG eWallet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any Soundbox submitted for trade-in. Any decision made by TNG eWallet in relation to the eligibility of a Soundbox shall be final and binding, and no appeal will be entertained.
